The Plantation has been an amazing place to live so far. We have two little girls who enjoy the playground and the little pool as well as all of the activities the office staff puts together monthly for the residents. One or two of them are always something special for the kids. We look forward to the activities. We have used the Concierge Company twice and they were very professional...

The Staff is always available and willing to help. When I send in my work requests, they are done the same day. My husband and I downsized from a house and we were not sure we would like the apartment living lifestyle, but I have to say this is more like a resort than an apartment community. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who appreciates a luxury living experience.

I have lived here at The Plantation since last August and it has been great! The staff is so willing to help and the maintenance is superb! In the beginning I was comparing about 4 places and when it came down to it; The Plantation had so much more to offer me for the price. Thank you Plantation!

To The Plantation Staff,

We wanted to take this opportunity to let the staff at The Plantation Apartments know how much we have enjoyed living here.

Our compliments to the staff for keeping the property and grounds so clean. You never see trash laying around on the ground and all of the main areas are always clean. It was also nice to have a clean pool that was open to swim in during our hot Houston summers. We have lived places where the pool was often closed in the summer for cleaning. It was nice to have the amenities working and our beautiful pool always open to use.

Thank you for all of the detailed attention in keeping the areas that the residents use clean and working, we want you to know that someone does notice! We are happy that we chose The Plantation Apartments. We would recommend anyone looking for a new apartment to check out The Plantation, they'll be glad they did!!
